Terms of service.

1. Services Provided
Nyxo Commodities facilitates introductions between potential buyers and sellers in the global commodity market. We do not take title, custody, or direct ownership of any goods at any stage of the transaction.

2. No Guarantee
Nyxo Commodities makes no guarantee regarding the success, performance, or completion of any transaction. All deals are subject solely to the terms agreed upon by the buyer and seller.

3. Fees and Commissions
In the event of a successful transaction, commissions will be agreed upon in advance and formalized in a written agreement, such as an Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA).

4. Confidentiality
All parties must maintain strict confidentiality regarding deal information, documentation, and counterparties, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability
Nyxo Commodities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from dealings with third parties introduced through our platform.

6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
